Surgical Technologist - PT
We are seeking to fill a part time Surgical Technologist position. This is an exciting and challenging position with a surgery center that continues to grow. We seek to fill this role with an individual who can work in-person Monday - Friday for the first two weeks of every month 6:
30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
General Duties include but are not limited to:
Sets up, stocks, and maintains supplies for the Operating Room.
Cleans and cares for all equipment according to OSHA guidelines. Assists with sterilization of instruments.
Assists as scrub technician in the OR. Knowledgeable of proper aseptic technique and set up/use of equipment.
Assists surgeon & anesthesiologist with sterile surgical procedures.
Maintains and/or reports repair needs of surgical suite equipment; monitors surgical inventory, which may include ordering supplies.
Assists with patient care (i.e. moving patient throughout Pre-op/Procedure room/Recovery area).
Assists RN with Embryo Transfers.
Maintain (clean/organize) Procedure Room.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Two (2) years of operating room experience required.
- Graduate of approved Operating Room Technical School preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
