Reliability Maintenance Technician

At TNA, you also have the opportunity to work in a world-class, state-of-the-art, technologically advanced, environmentally conscious production facility located within an easy commute of the metropolitan Atlanta and Chattanooga areas.TNA is looking for Reliability Maintenance Technicians who can execute preventive maintenance and maintain advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSEducation and experience requirements are as follows:
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; five (5) or more years of mechanical/electrical experience in Industrial and Manufacture environment; and demonstrated expertise in the following areas:
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) - Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley AC & DC Servo drives Hydraulics and pneumatics Variable frequency drives (VFDs) Electrical system preventive maintenance. Exceptional Mechanical abilities. Also, you must be willing to workday or night shift schedule that may include some weekends and holidays in a manufacturing environment that may not be climate-controlled.KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS Must be an effective learner Must have good problem-solving capability Must have a high frustration tolerance and be able to sustain a positive attitude Must be able to multi-task and be situationally aware in a fast-paced, frequently changing work environment Must be able to work alone and in teams Must be highly safety-oriented PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS On occasion, you may have to lift objects up to 80 pounds in weight.
