We offer extensive product and service training, strong benefits, competitive compensation, advancement opportunities, and a positive working environment Primary Responsibilities Provides administrative support related to recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, development, performance management, engagement, training, compensation, and benefits.
Improve or replace current systems or processes to better handle company HR needs.
Provides regular training and coaching to managers on HR systems and processes.
Updates and maintains HR systems and records and conducts regular system audits.
Handles basic employee relations issues and problems.
Assists with the background check screening process and determines eligibility for hire.
Advises and informs employees of changes and developments related to insurance benefits including eligibility, coverage, and provisions.
Assists in the maintenance of job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents.
Handles leave administration from the employee's initial notice of the need for leave to the return to work.
Facilitates other leave requests, which may include accommodation requests under the ADA.
Manage legal requirements affecting human resource functions and ensure policies, procedures, compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Assists with HR reporting and ad hoc reporting as needed.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Operations Management, or related field At least 5 7 years' experience in Human Resources Existing knowledge of labor laws and managing HR functions Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Proficient in MS Office suits (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Benefits Health, Dental and Vision plans available after 60 days Company matching 401K available after 90 days Paid vacation and paid holidays Job Type:
