If able to assist customer great, otherwise route calls to appropriate person on team.
If it is a new customer, need to create customers in appropriate software, gather all relevant data from customers and input into software.
Email over customer onboarding packet, file all customer information on server.
Customer/Employee Scheduling Help schedule service and maintenance requests as needed for both residential and commercial customers.
Update customer database Ensure all customers are up to date in software(s) including contact information, billing information, credit card information, and all other relevant information.
Update 3rd Party Software Daily 86 Repairs, Service Channel, Eco track, Corrigo o All of these companies are 3rd party facilities companies that our customers work with.
Our customers call in their service work through these 3rd party customers who in turn call us or email us over work orders for repairs.
o Our company is graded by these outside facility managers, and it is imperative that we keep everything up to date in each of these software's.
Collections Manage collections by reaching out to customers who are over 30 days on any outstanding invoices.
Document all communications with customers including names of who communication was with and time of day.
Goal is to keep everyone current with constant communication.
