Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, scheduling patients for office visits and procedures, responding to phone calls and triaging appropriately, scanning documents, assisting the practice manager and office staff with selected duties to include clerical processing, patient preparation and chart prep.
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to.
Excellent Patient care while ensuing patient flow Review schedule to ensure patient is scheduled appropriately.
Answering correspondence (voicemail, email, letters) We are looking for a friendly and detail oriented employee to complete the team.
This is a full time position.
Quality patient care and dependability is a must.
