Our ever growing company is looking for an IT Manager to join our team! As an IT manager, you have a wide range of responsibilities related to overseeing the technology infrastructure and operations within an organization.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
This involves understanding the business needs, identifying opportunities for technology improvements, and creating a roadmap for technology initiatives.
Budgeting and Resource Management:
Managing the IT department's budget, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
This involves evaluating and procuring hardware, software, and other IT services while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership:
Building and managing an effective IT team by defining roles and responsibilities, recruiting and training staff, and promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members is also crucial.
Project Management:
Overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects.
This involves defining project scope, establishing timelines and milestones, allocating resources, managing risks, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards.
Infrastructure Management:
Managing the organization's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
This includes monitoring system performance, ensuring uptime and availability, implementing security measures, and conducting regular maintenance and upgrades.
IT Security and Compliance:
Ensuring the organization's IT systems and data are protected from internal and external threats.
This involves implementing security measures, developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Vendor Management:
Evaluating and managing relationships with technology vendors, including software providers, hardware suppliers, and service providers.
This includes negotiating contracts, evaluating vendor performance, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
User Support:
Overseeing IT helpdesk operations to ensure timely and effective support for end-users.
This involves establishing support procedures, resolving escalated issues, and monitoring customer satisfaction.
Technology Evaluation and Adoption:
Staying up to date with emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization, and recommending adoption or integration of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
IT Governance and Compliance:
Establishing and maintaining IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure effective decision-making, risk management, and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$80,000.
